This magnificent self catering detached villa is situated in the village of Nerja, between the beautiful mountains of the Sierra Almijara and the Mediterranean coast and only 500 metres from the main Burriana beach , 400 meters to supermarket and 2 km to town centre. It is ideal for family holidays being exceptionally spacious. Iit is situated in the complex of Casa Helena which has been totally rebuilt in 2004 and is divided into 3 separate villa's each with private pools which can be rented together or separately. This consists of Sonrisa, Villa Alegria and Casa Tess The entrance to the villa is through a secure communal gate. Stairs lead up to the villa where you enter the large terrace through a lovely iron gate. Here you will find a very large kidney shaped pool 8mx6m, a pergola that covers part of the terrace, garden furniture, outside lighting and BBQ. A couple of steps takes you into the colourful decorated living area with open plan kitchen, dining table and easy chairs, sofa's and double sofa which can be converted in double futon bed. There's also Satellite TV, CD player, DVD player (bring your children's favourite DVD's). Two bedrooms have single beds and two have double beds. There's a shower room and one of the double bedrooms has an en-suite and a little outside terrace and another shower room with washing machine. The Villa is air-conditioned for summer and heated for winter nights. Double glazed windows and blinds give you peace of mind the entire house is security locked. To enjoy a well deserved relaxing holiday break in the sun, Casa Sonrisa is beatable.
