Casa Tess is a two bedroomed villa within a private complex less than 10min walk to Burriana beach. It enjoys it's own private pool. Entrance is through an iron gate, stairs to large terrace with pool 5 m. x 3.5 m. Here a lovely palm tree gives you shade and there are table and chairs, sunbeds and a BBQ for al-fresco dining. The front door leads to good size living-area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, video, CD player and DVD player. The open-planned kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. A staircase takes you down to the bedrooms. One is normal size with two beds while the second bedroom has two single beds and a small wardroom . There's also a shower room. The villa is ideal for a couple with small children. There's air-conditioning in living-area and heating for winter. The whole villa is double glazed throughout and security locked. Villa Tess is located on the Casa Helena complex and is ideal for family gatherings and wedding parties as it can be rented together with Villa Alegria, Villa Sonrisa and Villa Karlien to accommodate up to 24 people in separate villas but close together.
