Commanding magnificent views down to the coastal and up to the nearby Almijara mountains, this two bedroom villa is ideally located in a small complex of moorish style homes with a communal pool set in well-cared for gardens.
Stylishly furnished throughout the house comprises a spacious lounge/dining room with patio doors leading out to the patio and garden. There is also a sofa bed in in the lounge which can sleep two additional people.
From the ground floor you move up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a double with en-suite and large balcony and a one with twin beds. The bathroom, which has both a bath and shower, is also located on this floor.
Stairs from this floor lead to the roof terrace which enjoys lovely views of the surrounding countryside. This catches the best of the afternoon sun and is excellent for a barbeque and dining outside.
On a practical note, there is a fully fitted and extensively equipped kitchen including a washing machine.
When you want a change from lazing by the pool, it's only a short 10 minute stroll to the nearest beach. And, if you wish to enjoy the hustle and bustle of a typical small Spanish town, Nerja is just a 10 minute drive away.
Other places that are a 'must' to visit are the Caves of Nerja and the nearby historic 'pueblo blanco' village of Frigiliana. And. a little further away is the magnificent Alhambra at Granada, a world heritage site.
If you enjoy walking, there are many beautiful walks in the mountains and along the coast, and you can also go horse-riding, play tennis or have a round of golf.
