The apartments are built around a central communal pool and terrace area. The pool is a sizeable 10 metres x 4.5 metres with depths ranging from 0.9 to 1.46 metres and surrounded by large terraces.

Burriana beach is reached on foot down hill through the lovely gardens of the neighbouring Capistrano Playa complex or by road in just a few minutes and the centre of Nerja is a 5 minute drive or local bus journey away.

This first floor apartment has a separate fully fitted kitchen and delightful open plan lounge and dining area with 2 sofas. A small hallway leads to the bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There are 2 good sized bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, one with double bed and the other with twin beds. From the master bedroom and lounge there are patio doors leading on to the private terrace from which there are lovely sea views.
