We'll take all of the hassle of letting your property off your hands from doing all the publicity, taking the bookings and carrying out all of the admin of sending out keys and other information. And, we'll do all of this for just 20% of the rental income we achieve. There are no other costs to you at all. You just sit back and enjoy the income.
The Espanihols Team
Espanihols is owned by Alison Rushton and Brian Welding and is very sale results-orientated Alison has spent most of her working life letting & selling property. She has worked as a Sales Negotiator for many leading national house builders including Tarmac Homes, Mclean Homes & Beazer Group (now Perssimon Homes). She has also been Sales Manager for a smaller Midlands-base house builder. Alison added to her all-round experience by working for the Marriott Group in Marbella selling villas and apartments after undergoing an intensive training course. She has run a rentals agency for more than 8 years. Brian has worked in advertising and marketing for over 30 years. For many years Brian ran the advertising account for a major national housebuilder. Before that he trained as a sales executive with a manufacturer of consumer products. Brian has been in the rentals agency business for over 6 years The Espanihols team is very well qualified to successfully let your property.

- Carrying out all advertising & promotion
- Placing details on several websites on the internet.
- Taking all enquiries and bookings.
- Maintaining availability charts.
- Collecting rental monies and paying directly into your bank monthly.
- Sending out/getting back keys and other useful information.
- Organising cleaning and maintenance. (if required)
How We Achieve High Occupancy Levels
- By specialising only in eastern Costa del Sol properties.
- By handling only a limited number of properties.
- With very high levels of publicity - brochures, mailings, press advertising the internet etc. etc. .
- By negotiating long term winter lets.
Our Fees
We charge 20% of the rental income. This includes all advertising and administration (except cleaning and maintenance). You have no other costs - And no hassle.
