Villa and Apartment Booking
Espanihols act as brokers for owners or their agents to offer their holiday properties
for rent. Espanihols are not the owners. A booking is only confirmed when availability
has been confirmed by Espanihols and the 30% booking deposit and signed booking
form have been returned. From that time a contract exists between Espanihols and
you the client This deposit is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation.
The accommodation specified on the Booking Form is for the sole use of the named
person or those numbered on the Booking Form. Any subletting, sharing or over occupation
prohibited. If for any reason, beyond our control, we have to cancel your booking
Espanihols will endeavour to find an alternative property of a similar standard
or will refund, in full and final payment, all monies paid up to that date.
Payment of Balance
The final payment must be made no less than 6 weeks before commencement of your
holiday. It is the responsibility of the Party Leader to ensure that final payment
is made on or before the due date. If we do not receive the balance in full, and
on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and to retain the deposit.
Late Bookings
Bookings made for dates less than 6 weeks before departure must be paid for in
full and Booking Form signed and returned immediately.
Transaction Charges

transfer or credit card via the Paypal secure system. All transfer changes must
be paid by you and, in the case of Paypal, 3% must be added to all amounts paid
by this method.

to cancel for legitimate reasons. However, unless individual owners/agents cancellation

Arrivals & Departures
Your apartment or villa will have been cleaned before your
arrival and will need to be cleaned after you leave. To enable our cleaners to do
this we request that you do not go into your holiday accommodation before 16.00
hours (4pm) and that you leave no later than 10.00 (10am). However this may be more
flexible in the off-peak months.
Security
All luggage, money and personal belonging are at all times
your responsibility and suitable insurance cover should be purchased to cover the
possible loss of these items. If you should be unfortunate enough to have any possessions
stolen you should report this to the local police and obtain a written report to
enable you to make a claim against your travel insurance.
Liability & Disruption
As these are out of our control Espanihols cannot accept any
responsibility for disruption of any find caused from neighbouring property, land,
tenants, animals, road works and road conditions. Neither can we be responsible
for the failure of electricity, gas and water supplies or for the unavailability
of any other items including television and swimming pools that can be drained for
maintenance/cleaning from time to time. Please also note that it is usual to close
pools from October to May but this is at the discretion of the owners or complex
administrators. The use of electrical appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers,
irons, kettles and coffee makers is completely at your discretion and we/the owners/agents
cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage that may occur by using them.
Again, local building work and associated noise are out of our control as work may
commence at any time without our prior knowledge.
Housing Keeping
Your apartment or villa will have been cleaned before
your arrival and the owners/agents will have left an adequate supply of linens and
towels. However, we have no control over the quantity and quality of these items.
Beach towels are not provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the property,
its furniture and effects are left in good order and condition. As part of the contract
you undertake to replace or pay for any items that are broken or go missing. All
rubbish must be removed from the property before you leave.
Damage, Deposit & Complaints
A nominal deposit is required when booking some properties
to cover the return of keys and replacing small broken items. This deposit should
be paid with the payment of the final balance. This deposit will be returned to
you when the keys have been returned to Espanihols and the owner/agent has confirmed
that there has been no damage to the property or any other items. Any complaints
should be made to the local management at the time or to Espanihols as soon as you
return. However, any compensation is at the complete discretion of the owner/agent
and not Espanihols.
